Time for a scare with ‘If Blood Asks’

In time for Hispanic Heritage Month, Halloween and Day of the Dead, welcome to Guadalupe, New Mexico in my new book, “IF BLOOD ASKS.”

Everything’s going to hell in Guadalupe, New Mexico.
A woman gives birth to a demon at a park.
A boy disappears from a swimming pool.
Rattlesnakes invade the once quiet town.
And it only gets worse with a string of bizarre murders starting with the flaying of a county big shot. Prosecutor Matthew Riley is asked by his best friend the sheriff to assist in the investigation. As the killings continue, Matthew discovers a conspiracy of greed has opened the door to an ancient horror out to punish old and new betrayals. A horror that endangers not only the town, but his own family.

Juan and Mo knew they should get the hell out of there, but confusion and fright held them fast, along with a twinge of curiosity about what would happen next.
