I’m so grateful for the many people who participated on stage and behind the scenes to present my children’s play “Roja Ridin’ in the Hood and other Tales” on Oct. 10 & 11 at the Nampa Public Library as part of Hispanic Heritage Month.
There were two months of rehearsals and a lot of work by these wonderful people. And thanks for the library for all their support, as well as grants from the Idaho Commission on the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, sponsorship from Legacy ResHab, and help from Dame Alas Latino Arts & Culture.
The play is based on my award-winning book, “Red Ridin’ in the Hood and Other Cuentos.”
